As colder weather starts to roll into Nebraska, our crews are still out there getting the job done - climbing roofs, handling materials and pushing hard to make sure homeowners are protected before winter truly sets in. Roofing installs don't always slow down just because the temperatures drop and neither does our appreciation for the people doing the work!

Last week, our owner stopped by the job site during a large roofing install with a simple surprise: lunch from Goodcents. 🥪 It wasn't anything complicated (just fresh sandwiches and a quick check-in), but the reaction said it all. Smiles all around, full stomachs and a little extra energy to finish the day strong.

Working outdoors in Nebraska's cold is no joke. Early mornings, stiff hands, chilly winds and long days are all part of the job this time of year. Small gestures like bringing lunch, checking in on the crew or simply saying thank you goes a long way in showing that their hard work doesn't go unnoticed!
